Royce and his crew are very accommodating and conscious of their work. Royce keeps you informed on what is going on with your project, when they are going to be on site and if there are any delays. We have had a few design changes mid construction, they made sure our changes were done and done with no compromises. Construction site and surrounding area are cleaned daily. This is a rarity as most other companies do not clean up after themselves. We had our house constructed by Quality Plus Construction in 2019/2020 and cannot thank them enough for the amazing job they did. The number one, most important thing to us, has been that we can call anytime during a job or after completion, and Royce will address any questions or concerns, promptly. Extra time was taken during many walk throughs to make sure we had things just the way we wanted. Small changes or adjustments on the fly seemed like not a big issue at all. When it came to the finish work on the inside and outside, Royce always had good suggestions and advice to help us make decisions.
